As well as our static caravan in Perran Sands we also have a 2 bedroom, Central Heated, Double glazed Static on the much loved site of Unity Farm or HRU, Brean.
This is a 2013 "High Spec" Model with it's own veranda, so you can relax under cover while watching the World pass by!
With en-suite master bedroom, One Twin bedroom,with TV/DVD Freeview. Both bedrooms have loads of cupboard space for clothing etc, Separate toilet and a large shower cubicle. Door from main Lounge/Kitchen area to bedrooms. A well laid out Kitchen with full sized oven and fridge freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, All plates, cups etc, Loads of storage space and all utensils required to cook most meals.
Spacious open plan Lounge with free standing sofa's, Coffee table with pull out stools, Separate free standing Dining table with 4 chairs. Gas Fire, TV/DVD and Free view. Board games and a selection of DVD's for all ages, Iron and Ironing Board, Clothes drier in garden.
Large private fenced off garden, which is ideal if you bring the family pet along or have toddlers, And parking directly in front of the van for 2 cars.
The veranda has rattan seating for four and a table, Plants and solar lighting.
The garden has a table with four chairs and a B-B-Q for your use.
No vans behind just a neighbour either side!.
This is a excellent plot in a prime location on Unity Farm.
Located with in 50 yards of main entrance and RJ's Club house, Amusements center.
Shop/Super market, Chip Shop, Cafe and Chinese Takeaway just 100 yards away.
Brean Leisure Park is just a 5 minute walk away.
The beach is less than 3 minutes walk away!
Remember! You get many extras with this van, Both with its spec and items we have added, and yes you can find cheaper to hire. But as we all know you get what you pay for!
This van sleeps 4, and price's are based on 4 sharing. any additional people using pull out bed are charged for at £40 per person per week. (Excluding infants) Plus additional passes would need to be bought on site at £5 per person per day by yourselves (We only supply 4 passes in price)
Extra car's are charged by Unity at £2.50 per night.
NOTE.. Unity rules state passes must be bought for each guest staying on site!
Well behaved small pets are welcome and an additional charge of £25.00 is charged.
Price's do not include bedding such as Sheets, Pillow case's or duvet cover's. So please bring your own.
Price's for this van include 4 passes for on site entertainment and discounts.
With all booking's there must be someone over 21 years of age who must be the main person to hire.
No Stag or Hen parties or same sex group's unless married couple's.
Any damage will be charged to the main person hiring.
Deposit.
If cost of holiday is between £100 and £300 then payment in full only secure's booking.
£300 on wards a deposit of £150 (per week booked) is required with booking, and the balance paid no less than 8 weeks before start date of holiday.
A security bond of £50 is required to cover key loss or minor damage, This is refunded once caravan has been fully inspected.
All deposit's are non refundable. (except for security bond)
If a out standing balance is not paid with in the 8 weeks prior to start date then we reserve the right to re let the date booked.
To book a date please contact us via email or send a text message. We then will confirm date is free and explain how to make the deposit. We will then email a booking form, which will need to be filled in and emailed back. Once payment has been made in full we email out a Key Release form, this you will need to print out and take the copy with you to check in desk, They will release the keys. At the end of your holiday period keys are to be returned to check in.
Unity Farm site rules apply and a copy can be found or asked for at the check in desk.
