Payments & Booking

The price's shown are for 6 people at Perran Sands or 4 people at Unity Farm. any additional people using the pull out bed are charged for at £40 per person per week. Plus £4.50 per day per person extra for passes' if required.

Well behaved small pets are welcome and an additional charge of £25.00 is charged. Pets must not be left alone in any of the van's!. Please make sure you also clean any Dog mess up at any time while walking your pet.

Price's do not include bedding such as Sheets, Pillow case's or duvet cover's. So please bring your own.

Price's do not include any passes' and these must be purchased on site if required. (Perransands)

With all booking's there must be someone over 21 years of age who must be the main person to hire.

No Stag or Hen parties or same sex group's unless married couple's.

Any damage will be charged to the main person hiring.

No Smoking at any time in the van's or by standing by the door at any time. This will result in the loss of the security Bond. (Vaping is allowed if not "Clouding")

Deposit.

If cost of holiday is between £100 and £300 then payment in full only secures booking.

£300 onwards a deposit of £150 is required with booking per week of holiday, and the balance paid no less than 6 weeks before start date of holiday.

A security bond of £50 is required to cover key loss or minor damage, This is refunded once caravan has been fully inspected.

All deposit's are non refundable. (except for security bond)

If a outstanding balance is not paid within the 8 weeks prior to start date then we reserve the right to re let the date booked.

To book a date please contact us via email or send a text message. We then will confirm date is free and explain how to make the deposit. We will then email a booking form, which will need to be filled in and emailed back. Once payment has been made in full we email out a Key Release form, this you will need to print out and take the copy with you to check in desk, They will release the keys. At the end of your holiday period keys are to be returned to check in.

Minimum booking 3 nights.

No bed lining is supplied so please bring your own. Or can be hired on site for £10.00 per bed off Haven.

Please remember this is our holiday home, so we request you look after it. In the event of any damage or breakages please go to the check in desk and notify a member of staff.

Havens site rules apply at all times, and anyone breaking these rules may be asked to leave the site. Rules can be found at the Check in desk.

We are willing to offer a discount for a two week booking, also if you book this year for 2017.

We can also offer short breaks of Monday to Friday & Friday to Monday, (Depending on availability). Prices on request.
